• 1 Seamstress measuring tape
• 2 Nails

Patterns

Instructions

1. Apply Delta Ceramcoat All-Purpose Sealer to house using a large flat brush. Allow to dry, then sand.
2. Working one side of the roof at a time, position Checkerboard Medley stencil keeping the small checks along the front edge. Load the backside of a palette knife with a small amount of Mod Podge Collage Clay and ice the stencil like buttering toast. Lift the stencil, then allow to dry.
3. Repeat the Mod Podge Collage Clay/stencil process on the second side of the roof as well as on the sides at the bottom using the large Fleur de Lis stencil. Allow to dry.

Sides and Front of House

1. Gently stir Delta Ceramcoat Chalk before beginning. Paint body of house Denim Blue using a large flat brush. Allow to dry and then reapply a second coat. Let dry again.
2. Paint one heavy coat of Delta Ceramcoat Chalk Paint Clear Wax, allow to dry thoroughly.
3. Next, paint, until opaque, Delta Ceramcoat Chalk Whipped Cream. Dry thoroughly.
4. Sand heavily to distress until you see the Denim Blue showing through.
5. Trace and transfer patterns.
6. Paint designs on side of house with No. 1 liner and Autumn Brown; dry thoroughly, then sand lightly.
7. Cut seamstress tape into odd lengths.
8. Apply all embellishments, (except the upholstery tacks) to the sides and front using E6000 adhesive. Allow to dry.   

Roof

1. Paint the roof Metallic Copper, allow to dry.
2. Adhere remaining embellishments (except upholstery tacks) to roof with E6000 adhesive.
3. Accent roof embellishments by painting Metallic Copper here and there.
4. Mix equal parts Delta Ceramcoat Faux Glaze Medium and Burnt Umber plus a touch of water. Using a large brush, apply glaze mixture to the entire house. Wipe to remove excess glaze with a lint-free cloth. Allow the glaze mixture to remain in a few crevices. Allow to dry.
5. Dry-brush roof and side embellishments with Metallic Gold.
6. Accent roof and side embellishments with a dry-brush of Tahiti Blue.
7. Spatter roof using an old toothbrush loaded with thinned Tahiti Blue. (Tahiti Blue plus water.)
8. Apply a coat of Delta Ceramcoat Chalk Paint Clear Wax to the entire house. Allow to dry, then buff with a lint-free cloth.
9. Add upholstery tacks to each end of the seamstress tape as well as accenting the front.
10. Add nails to edge of roof and hang keys.
