What is the curing time for Martha Stewart Crafts ® Decoupage Finishes?
Every project created using Martha Stewart Crafts Decoupage Finishes should be air cured for 21 days before using. Once properly cured, decoupaged glass / ceramic projects are top-shelf dishwasher safe.
Fabric decoupage cures by air drying project for 72 hours in a mild dry room. To expedite curing, allow project to dry a minimum of 24 hours, then iron (no steam) using a pressing cloth with a small weave on low-medium setting for 30 seconds in a small circular motion. Do not use a towel as a pressing cloth, as it can leave marks or stick to the decoupaged project. You can also force dry in a dryer on the highest setting for 1 hour. Once cured, fabric project can be hand washed or machine-washed on a gentle cycle using cool water and mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener.
