Mod Podge Black Light can be applied directly onto all types of surfaces such as wood, tin, terra cotta, canvas, and papier mache. It can also be used on glass or ceramic surfaces for decorative purposes only. It can be used alone or in combination with scrapbook papers, book pages, and other decoupage papers. However, the black light glow will show best when applied over a light-colored surface.
