  • Wooden Tags
  • Transfer paper
  • Computer printed templates
  • Twine
  • Scissors

instructions

  1. Basecoat candleholders with Ivory.
  2. Tape off areas of the candleholder and paint Ink. 
  3. Tape off areas of the candleholder and paint Celery.
  4. Refer to the photo for color placement.
  5. Transfer pattern to tags with transfer paper.
  6. Trace over the pattern with the wood burner.
  7. Cut twine and add it to the tags.
  8. Tie tags around the candleholders.

Cool colors are all the colors on the Green and Blue side of the color wheel. Yellow, Yellow/Green, Green, Blue/Green, Blue, Blue/Purple, Purple are all cool colors. All colors on the color wheel can be both warm and cool except Orange.
Transparent colors are thinned with medium or water to create a wash or a glaze of color that you can see through to the underlying surface.
