Foam heart stamp, Red cardstock, Paint dauber, Scissors, Hole punch, Valentine themed pencil, White craft glue, Black permanent ink marker

Instructions

Using paint dauber, wet foam stamp with Hot Pink paint then gently stamp on red cardstock.
Allow image to dry completely; cut out heart with scissors.
Punch holes as shown where pencil will go through the paper.
Cut out a smaller heart from red cardstock and adhere to right corner of stamped heart with white craft glue. Then write recipient's name on small heart.
