Clean the plate with hot water and soap. Wipe dry. Apply Mod Podge gloss to the top of the black heart. Working on the bottom (backside) of the plate, position the heart in the center of plate. Smooth with your fingers to remove any air bubbles. Allow to dry for 15 minutes. Top-coat the back of the heart with a layer of Mod Podge and allow to dry.

Iron the fabric to remove any wrinkles. Trim the fabric so that to fit the back of the plate. Add about an extra inch around all sides.

Coat the back of the plate with Mod Podge Fabric. Position the fabric (right-side towards the plate) onto the back of the plate. Smooth with your fingers and top-coat with a layer of Mod Podge Fabric. Allow to dry. Trim the excess fabric from around the outer edge.
TIP: Add a personalized touch to the center by adding a paper initial.
