Frame, Wood brushes #1 and #6, Foam paintbrush, Detail paintbrush, Sandpaper, Rhinestones, Gem glue, Hot glue gun, Ribbon

Instructions

Paint the frame with Teal paint. Use three coats of paint for good coverage. Once dry, top coat with two coats of Turquoise Extreme Glitter.
Hot glue a strip of ribbon around the outer edge of the frame.
Paint the letters with Pink paint. Lightly sand the letters to give them an aged appearance.
Use gem glue to attach rhinestones to the top of the numbers. Once dry, hot glue the numbers to the frame corner.
