Instructions

1. Using Stencil tape, tape down the centerline of the clock face.
2. Apply 1-2 coats of Smoke onto the full half of the clock face with a Base Coating brush.
3. Secure your Stencil to the face with Tape.
4. Gently pounce Sailor Blue on top of the Stencil with a Pouncer and let dry.
   • Tip: offload excess paint onto a paper towel before each time you apply paint.
5. Adjust the Stencil to the next section to continue the all-over design. Secure with tape, and continue to apply Sailor Blue with the Pouncer.
6. Remove tape from the centerline and let paint completely dry before assembling clock movement mechanism.
