Seashell, Jewelry jump ring, Needle nose pliers, Medium flat brush, Toothpick, Black ribbon

Instructions

Use a shell with a hole already drilled in it.
Paint the shell Violet Pansy. Allow to dry and add polka dots with White Wicker using the end of the brush, and accent Licorice dots using a toothpick.
Using needle nose pliers, add the jump ring through the hole and insert ribbon. Tie in a bow around neck.
