Mod Podge Rock Birds for Earth Day

This quick and fun project is great for celebrating Earth Day with the kids.

Small piece scrap wood, Tissue paper, 8 Googly eyes, Assorted craft feathers, Hot glue, 4 Flat rocks

Instructions

Cut tissue paper into 2” x 2” pieces.
Wash and dry rocks. Following directions on Mod Podge, apply the tissue paper to each rock as shown. Overlap pieces to cover the entire rock.
Repeat above on the small piece of wood using all the colors of tissue paper. Let dry completely.
Glue eyes and feathers to each rock as shown, creating a cute look for each Bird.
Glue each bird to wood.
