  2. Using the stencil letters for ALOHA, trace (connecting spaces in letters) onto striped paper and cut out.

  7. Place the letter O in the middle of the banner and pull a piece of raffia up through each eyelet hole.
  8. Place the letters L and H on the raffia banner, spacing about 1½” from the letter O and pull pieces of raffia up through the eyelets as you did with letter O; continue with letters A and A. 9. Tie each piece of raffia piece into a bow, connecting each letter.

  5. Make tags by cutting pieces of pink paper or cardstock to 3¾” x 1¾” (this will be the back border piece) Cut top pieces using orange cardstock to 3½” x 1½”; glue together with a glue stick then decoupage entire tag to give a matching sparkle finish.
  6. Write “LUAU” on tag and attach an eyelet on the top corner.
