Stretched canvas, Fabric, Foam paintbrush, Chipboard letter "L", Chipboard letter "O", Chipboard letter "V", Chipboard letter "E", Black glitter, Black sparkle ribbon, Hot glue
Instructions

Iron your fabric. Trim the fabric to fit the canvas. Make sure you allow enough fabric on all sides for stretching to the back of the canvas.

Apply a coat of Mod Podge Fabric to the top of the canvas. Center and position the fabric over the top of the canvas. Allow to dry for about 15 minutes.

Working on the backside of the canvas. Pull the fabric back at each corner and glue down with Mod Podge. Apply Mod Podge Fabric to the back edges of the frame on the canvas. Pull the fabric back and glue down with Mod Podge. Allow to dry.

Hot glue sparkle ribbon around the outer edges of the canvas.

Apply a thick coat of Mod Podge Super Gloss to the chipboard letters. Sprinkle glitter over the letters, tap off the excess and allow to dry. Touch up any non-glittered spots. Once dry, hot glue to the center of the canvas.
PROJECT TIP: Super Gloss Mod Podge is great for glittering because it dries very shiny so it won’t dull your glitter.
