Instructions

1. Paint the wood frame with two coats of Mod Podge Sheer Color Purple. Allow for dry time in between coats. Paint the Mod Podge in the direction of the wood grain. Smooth any areas that might have excess Mod Podge. 
2. Position the stencil onto the lower portion of the wood frame. Dip the end of the Spouncer into Mod Podge and tap the Mod Podge onto the wood frame, over the stencil so that the open areas are covered with Mod Podge. Remove the stencil and set aside. (After glittering, wash the stencil and replace on the carrier sheet.) Poof the silver glitter onto the Mod Podged areas of the wood frame. Allow to dry. Once dry, dry brush the frame with a soft paintbrush to remove the excess glitter. Repeat this process on the top portion of the frame. 
3. Create the Mod Melt Flowers by heating a Mod Melt stick in a high-temp hot glue gun. Squeeze the melt into the small rose mold. Allow the melt to cool for 7 min. Remove the melt from the mold. Make two roses. Use the same technique to make the crown. 
4. To finish the rose Mod Melt, paint the melt with a thick coat of Mod Podge Sheer Color Pink . To finish the crown Mod Melt, paint the melt with Inca Gold paint. Once dry, top-coat with a layer or Gold Extreme Glitter. 
5. Hot glue ribbons to the frame. Attach the Mod Melts to the frame. TIP: Add clip art or computer printed words to the frame to make a quick piece of art.
