  1. Measure and cut a piece of striped paper from paper pack that wraps around tube. Cut two shoes from green card stock using pattern.
  2. Apply matte Mod Podge® to tube and wrap striped paper around smoothing as you go. Let dry at least twenty minutes before sealing with another coat of matte. Allow dry time between multiple coats.
  3. Glue two shoes together with matte starting at toe, leaving enough at the end to wrap around tube. Apply several coats of Extreme Glitter Mod Podge® to both sides. Let dry.
  4. Punch holes along top edge of shoe. Cut lengths of yarn and tie through holes with a bow.
  5. Punch a hole in the end of the toe. Tie yarn through hole with jingle bell.
  6. Wrap ends of shoe around tube overlapping one end over the other. Glue to secure.
