Instructions
- Dampen and scrunch the paper
towel into a ball. Dip the ball into the
silver paint and tap off the excess paint.
Tap the paper towel around the edge of the charger.
- Tear the book pages into
squares. Size them to fit around the
inside base of the charger. Coat the
back of each one with Mod Podge, position onto the charger, smooth any air bubbles
with your finger and top coat with a layer of Mod Podge. Continue adding more pieces until the entire
center is filled. Allow to Dry.
- Using the plate as a guide,
cut a circle from Halloween scrapbook paper to fit the base of the glass plate.
Coat the printed side of the circle with Mod Podge, position onto the center
back of the plate, add a layer of Mod Podge to the back side of the paper,
smooth any air bubbles with your finger and top coat with a layer of Mod Podge.
Wipe around the edge of the paper with a damp paper towel to clean the edges.
Allow to Dry.
