Fabric Creations™ Fantasy Glitter™ Fabric Paint - Mystical Rose, 2 oz. #26354, Fabric Creations™ Brush Set - Fabric Painting Set #26498, Canvas fabric cosmetic bag, Basin or container for water, Foam plates or waxed palette, Paper towels, Scissors, Black felt, Pencil

Instructions

Lightly sketch two eye shapes onto the face of a canvas fabric cosmetic bag.
Paint each eye shape with Black using a large flat brush. Allow to dry.
Using the same large flat brush, paint Mystical Rose over the Black painted areas. Allow to dry. If desired, apply a second coat of Mystical Rose for added sparkle. Allow to dry.
Cut eyelashes from a short, narrow strip of black felt.
Using white craft glue, attach the black felt eyelashes. Allow to dry.
