Game Day Foam Fingers and Basket with FolkArt Multi-Surface Paints

Black fabric basket, Black and red foam sheets 2mm, Black bakers twine, Foam Spouncer® ¾”, Tape, Glue, Craft knife or scissors, Dowel rods 3/16”, Brush basin, Foam plates, Paper towels, Scissors, Artificial grass - optional

Instructions

1. Place finger pattern onto foam sheets and cut out with craft knife or scissors.
2. Using Spouncer, apply Licorice dots to red foam fingers and Apple Red dots to black fingers. Let dry.
3. Paint dowel rods Steel Gray. Cut two small slits towards bottom end of fingers. Weave rods through slits and glue to secure.
4. Place pennant pattern at top center of basket. Tape around pattern and remove pattern. Apply several coats of Apple Red allowing drying between each application. Remove tape.
5. Tape off two more pennants on either side of red one and apply Steel Gray. Remove tape.
6. Glue bakers twine along top edge of pennants as shown. Tie two bows and glue at both ends of twine.
7. Place fingers into basket or insert into Styrofoam in basket if desired. Place optional artificial grass in basket.
