• Denim jacket
• Iron
• Poster board
• Paper plate
• Water basin

Instructions

1. Using the Fabric Scissors, cut off the bottom half of denim jacket.
2. Using tools from the Denim Distressing Kit, distress the bottom edge of the jacket.
3. Lay jacket flat and place a sheet of poster board inside to prevent paint from transferring to the backside.
4. Squeeze a large amount of Bearbear Texturific paint onto a paper plate. Using the large brush, create a splatter pattern on jacket. Allow fabric to dry completely for 72 hours.
5. Turn jacket inside out. Press and steam with a hot iron to activate the texture effect.
6. Squeeze a small amount of Kiwi, Don’t be Jelly and What is Dew paints onto the paper plate. Using the round brush from the Large Brush Set, topcoat the textured splatter patterns with the different fabric paint colors.  Let dry.
7. Remove astronaut stencil from sheet and stick onto the top left of the jacket.
8. Using foam brush from the Large Brush Set, dip into the Bearbear Texturific paint. 
9. Pounce gently over the open areas of the stencil.  Be careful not to go over the edges of the stencil. Let dry.
10. Remove stencils, clean and place back on stencil sheet.
11. Repeat Step 5 to activate the texture effect.
