Poster board, Flat brush ½”, Toilet paper roll, Scissors, Foam plates, Tape, Scissors, Decorative edge scissors, Black paint marker, Water basin, Paper towels
Instructions
- Brush poster board with Cloudless. Let dry.
- Flatten toilet paper roll. Cut into strips approximately ¾” to 1”.
- Carefully push one creased end towards other creased end to form a heart. Tape rounded ends of heart to secure. Create two hearts.
- Pour Pink Parfait onto foam plate. Dip flat side of heart into paint and stamp onto poster board. Stamp randomly and let dry.
- Dip second heart into Cameo Pink and repeat stamping process. Let dry.
- Cut poster board into rectangles. Cut two short ends with decorative edged scissors.
- Personalize Valentine’s card with a name or sentiment using black paint marker.
