Cheerful Mason Jar Lid Ornaments

Use the lids of Mason Jars to create shadowbox-like ornaments. Fill with your favorite embellishments!

Holiday scrapbook papers
Mason jar lids
Red buttons
Scissors
Green construction paper
Pencil

Instructions

Trace the mason jar lid onto the scrapbook paper and cut out using scissors.
Spray a light spray of Mod Podge Ultra into the mason jar lid.
Place the cut-out paper into the mason jar lid. Let dry.
While the paper is drying, use a pencil to draw small holly leaves on the green construction paper. Cut the leaves out using scissors and fold them in half to make them dimensional.
Spray Mod Podge Ultra into the mason jar lid. Place the red buttons and paper leaves to look like holly berries and leaves inside the lid, to accent the holiday papers. Let dry.
Spray with a final coat of Mod Podge Ultra to seal and provide extra durability.
