Instructions

  1. Cut the paper to fit around the cone tree. I like to make a template first.
  2. Apply a thin coat of Mod Podge Pearl to the cone tree. Position the paper on the cone tree. Smooth with your fingers to remove any air-bubbles. Apply a top-coat of Mod Podge Pearl to create a pearl finish.
  3. Apply Collage Clay to the base and tip of the tree. Use the knife to spread the clay into a snow drift look. Sprinkle with glitter.
  4. Embed the candy and gems into the clay by pressing. Overlap and overload the candies and gems.
  5. Allow to dry for two days before handling.

PROJECT TIP: Tint it! Make your collage clay a new color by mixing a little FolkArt paint into the clay.
