Use Mod Melts to create custom embellishments for crafting projects that can be decorated with craft paint. Each package contains sixteen 10" long mini melts.
FolkArt ® Multi-Surface Satin Acrylic Paints - Vintage White, 2 oz.

Get all the supplies needed for this project from your local Jo-Ann store!
Basecoat Frame with Vintage White and let dry.
Following directions on Mod Molds, use Blue Melt stick and create several Ornament border design.
Layout Molds to fit around inside edge of frame. Glue to frame with hot glue.
Using Vintage White Multi Surface Paint, ‘dry brush’ over molds to create distressed finish.
