The Martha Stewart Crafts™ Decorative Paint Program by Plaid Enterprises, Inc. was named a finalist in Georgia State University's (GSU) prestigious MAX competition (Marketing Award for Excellence) during an awards ceremony held Feb. 24 in Atlanta.
The company's dynamic marketing activities on behalf of the Martha Stewart Crafts Program--point-of-sale, consumer outreach, innovative product and overall in-store presentation--combined to secure Plaid's recognition. Sponsored by GSU's J. Mack Robinson College of Business and the Atlanta Business Chronicle, the annual competition salutes Georgia-based companies for the best in new products, new services and marketing innovations.
The Martha Stewart Crafts program premiered in Aug. 2011 and is available at Michaels, Jo-Ann Stores and other retailers nationwide.
