Yes, first apply stencil tape as a guideline when creating a shape such as a stripe. Apply FolkArt Frost Effect within the taped design, and then carefully lift the tape while the Frost Effect paint is wet. FolkArt Frost Effect should not be applied within 1” or 2.5 cm. from lip of glass or painted where it will make contact with food or beverage.
