Martha Stewart Crafts ® Decoupage Gilding Gloves
Various Kerr Ball Jars

  1. Paint your ball jars with Scallion, Wild Salmon, Summer Linen and Blue Sky in an ombre design by adding a little more Summer Linen to your paint mixture as you paint your mason jar.
  2. Once your paint is dry, add the silver gilded details. Instead of coating the whole jar in gilding adhesive, use a brush and dab it on in random areas. Wait until it dries clear and is tacky, about 10 minutes.
  3. Using your gilding gloves apply a sheet of the silver gilding directly to your surface and rub to ensure it adheres to your surface. Slowly peel away your sheet and use the natural bristle brush from the gilding brush set to rub and brush off excess gilding.
