Wood handle paper fans


  1. Tape off areas of fan that you wish to protect from paint.
  2. Pour out a bit of a paint color of your choice and mix with water to a thinner consistency. 
  3. Load your brush, and begin to splatter your fan by running your fingers over the bristles. Splatter both colors or just use one!
  4. Finish by painting the edges of your fan a solid color.
