3 clear glass dinner plates
Black scrapbook paper
White tissue paper
Craft knife


  1. Using the "B" and "O" from the stencils, cut out the letters from black paper and Mod Podge to the centers on the back of each plate.
  2. Cut and glue the stripes from black paper to go around the edge of plates.
  3. Cut out several squares of the white tissue paper and glue to the bottom of plate with Mod Podge. Add several layers of paper, allowing the plate to dry between each layer.
  4. Allow project to dry for 24 hours before using.
