First is from Cozy Country Living blog. She bought this toy chest for just $10 at an estate sale. After buying the chest, it sat around for a few months till she came up with the perfect look that matched her daughter’s room. The main color she chose was Purple Dusk. Then added in some stencils in ivory and this was the result.
Creations By Kara found a nightstand at a garage sale for $8 while out one day. Like Cozy Living, she let the piece sit for a few months before deciding what to do with the nightstand. She picked the Wedding Cake as the main color and applied stencil inside and out. One fun thing she did was paint the inside of the drawer with a similar stencil as the one used on the front.
