- Lightly sand frame.
- Paint entire frame using Winter White. Let dry.
- Tape off an area 7-1/4" wide by 6" long on top left side of frame. Paint this area Brilliant Blue.
- Measure equal distances for 11 stripes. Mark with a pencil.
- Tape off first stripe at the top of the frame and paint Cardinal Red. Let dry. Leave a white stripe and peint next red, as shown.
- Stencil stars in Winter White.
- Sand frame and apply Antiquing Medium, following directions on bottle. Wipe off.
- When completely dry, lightly sand frame.
- Copy the song from the pattern and coat the paper with Mod Podge.
- Tear out words as shown. Brush Antiquing Medium over words, a little carker around edges.
- Using Mod Podge, glue in place as shown.
- Apply two coats of Mod Podge to entire frame, for added protection.
