Scrap of old sweater |

Polyfill cotton batting |

1/2” gold/white pompom |

Crinkled gift bag filler paper |

Glue gun |

1/8” wide red satin ribbon |

Wooden disk-1 ¾” wide

- Basecoat disk with Skintone. Use a dry-wiped brush to add blush to the cheeks with Christmas Red. Paint the nose with Christmas Red. Paint the eyes with Wicker White. Let dry, then paint the pupils with Licorice, highlighted with Wicker White. Outline the eyes and add eyelashes with Licorice.
- To make the hat, cut a 3 ½” x 3 ½” triangular shaped piece of knit from an old sweater. Wrap it around the disk and glue together in the back. Cut a ¾” x 3 ½” piece of batting. Fold sides toward center lengthwise to form the hat band. Glue batting around disk. Pull top of hat to side. Glue pompom to tip and glue tip to side of hat.
- To make the beard and hair, cut 4” and 5” lengths of gift basket filler paper. Fold in half and glue folded ends to disk. Attach a ribbon to the hat for hanging.
