	Slate star - approx. 7" wide
	#5 flat brush
	#3 round brush
	Black fine tip permanent marker

PREPARATION:

Basecoat star with Light Periwinkle, Coastal Blue, and Orchid. Blend colors together to create a soft background. Let dry.
Transfer pattern to ornament.

PAINT THE DESIGN

Snow:

Paint snow on ground with Wicker White.
Paint snow people with Wicker White.

Snow People Details:

Paint carrot noses with Tangerine.
Paint buttons with Licorice.
Paint his hat with Licorice.
Paint his scarf with Tangering + Wicke White. Add Orchid stripes.
Paint his vest with Coastal Blue. Add Wicker White plaid lines.
Paint her scraf with Fresh Foliage. Add stripes of Fresh Foliage + Wicker White.
Paint her checkerboard vest with alternating Engine Red and Orchid cheeks.

Tree:

Paint trunk with Nutmeg.
Paint branches with Fresh Foliage.
Dot ball ornaments with all the bright colors. (refer to photo of project)

FINISH:

When dry, add eyes and other details as shown in photo of project with the black permanent pen. Let dry.
Seal with satin varnish.
