Sea Shell Serving Tray

Walnut Hollow Serving Tray (#3580)
Sea Shell Napkins
1/2" flat brush
Scissors
Transparent tape
Old toothbrush

- Paint inside base of tray with Wicker White. Mix equal parts of Wicker White and Lavender to paint out and inside of tray. Mix equal parts of Wicker White and Light Periwinkle to paint top edge of tray. Finish by painting inside handles with white.
- Load old toothbrush with Wicker White and flick over tray to spatter. Repeat process with Lavender.
- Cut out one square of napkin and lay in center of bottom of tray. Tape off a square around napkin leaving a 1/4" border. Remove napkin and paint in square with the equal part mixture of Wicker White/ Lavender.
- Use just the top layer of napkin and cut out shells and strips of borders. Leave on square of shells and borders intact.
- Apply Mod Podge to one area where you want the shell to go. Place shell and borders down. Apply another coat of Mod Podge to seal image smoothing out any wrinkles or bubbles. Repeat process with other images and for center square in middle of tray bottom. When done, a final coat over entire surface of tray.
