Popsicle stick |

1. Apply the Brown texture paint to the Styrofoam cone and ball using the Popsicle stick. Allow to dry. Insert dowel rod in the ball and cone. Hot glue to secure. 2. Tape off stripes on the yellow foam and paint white. Using the end of the brush handle paint white polka dots on the orange foam. 3. Using the templates cut the wings, base feathers and individuals feathers out of foam. 4. Cut a small triangle out of yellow foam. And glue to the head for a beak. Bend and twist a red chenille stem in half, hot glue under the beak as shown. 5. Hot glue the yellow stripes foam to the back of the cone, follow with alternating colored feathers. 6. Cut out the feet using yellow foam. Hot glue to the bottom of the cone. Tie a bow around the neck. Paint two white circles for eyes. Using the end of the brush handle add a brown dot in the eyes.
