 1. Open 2 hearts with pliers by gently bending the wire open at the seam. Thread a rhinestone bead onto each heart. Close the heart by bending the wire back into the original position. 2. Open the loops on the ear wires using pliers. Thread a rhinestone heart onto each ear wire. Add 2 circles and 2 hearts behind the rhinestone heart. 3. Close the ear wire hoop. |
