Skeleton Glitter Ornament

	2781 - FolkArt ® Extreme Glitter™ - Black
	525 - FolkArt ® Acrylic Colors - Lilac Love, 2 oz.
	938 - FolkArt ® Acrylic Colors - Licorice, 2 oz.
	CS11205 - Mod Podge ® Gloss, 4 oz.

	3 1/4" wood shape-ornament
	Wood Skull – 2 pieces
	Halloween scrapbook paper
	1” Flat paint brush
	Craft glue
	Pencil
	Scissors

1. First trace the ornament onto the scrapbook paper with the pencil. Trace one side and then flip over and trace the other. Cut both pieces out just inside the lines with the scissors.
2. Basecoat the ornament with Lilac Love and the skull wood pieces with Licorice. Give at least two coats. Allow to dry.
3. Paint both skull wood pieces with Extreme Glitter. Paint three coats. Allow to dry.
4. While the skulls are drying, decoupage the scrapbook paper to the ornament with the Mod Podge. Start on one side. Coat the ornament with Mod Podge and apply the paper, smoothing with your fingers. Allow to dry for 15 – 20 minutes and then flip over and do the other side.
5. Coat the entire ornament with at least two coats of Mod Podge. Allow to dry for at least one hour.
6. When everything is dry, glue one skull to the center of one side of the ornament and the other skull to the other side. Allow the ornament to dry for 24 hours before using.
