1. First trace the ornament onto the scrapbook paper with the pencil. Trace one side and then flip over and trace the other. Cut both pieces out just inside the lines with the scissors. 2. Basecoat the ornament with Licorice. Give at least two coats. Allow to dry. 3. Decoupage the scrapbook paper to the ornament with the Mod Podge. Start on one side. Coat the ornament with Mod Podge and apply the paper, smoothing with your fingers. Allow to dry for 15 – 20 minutes and then flip over and do the other side. 4. Coat the entire ornament with at least two coats of Mod Podge. Allow to dry for at least one hour. 5. Spread some black glitter out onto your work surface. Apply Mod Podge to the outer edge of the ornament with the brush and then roll the ornament in the glitter. Repeat until desired effect is achieved. Allow to dry. 6. Apply random stickers to both sides of the ornament. Allow the ornament to dry for 24 hours before using.
