	Darice wooden paddle
	Large flat brush
	Wax candle
	Sandpaper
	Foam plate
	8 black and white ribbon

1. Paint paddle with Fresh Foliage. Let dry.
2. Rub wax candle onto the edges of the surface, around the outside, and a small amount on the front. Brush off excess wax.
3. Paint entire surface with Baby Pink. Let dry,
4. Lightly sand the surface. Where the wax was applied, the pink paint will lift easily.
5. To stencil, apply a small puddle of paint to a foam plate. Lightly dip Spouncer into paint. Blot Spouncer on a paper towel to remove excess paint, then lightly pounce in stencil cutout. Reload Spouncer and repeat pouncing until desired color intensity is achieved.
6. Position turtle stencil where desired and stencil with Fresh Foliage.
7. Position Greek Letters as shown and stencil with Licorice. Let dry.
8. Tie ribbon on handle.
