 1. Mix both colors with Textile Medium. 2. Tape earth stencil to bag and stencil with Ocean Cruise using a Spouncer. Let dry. 3. Tape Earth Friendly stencil to back and stencil with Yellow Citron using a Spouncer. Let dry. 4. Glue ric rac to edge of bag. 5. Heat set the design with an iron after it has dried. |
