1. Use wire cutters to cut two lengths of ellipsis chain, one each 6 and 7 links.
2. Use a jump ring to connect Eiffel Tower charm to 6-link length.
3. Use a jump ring to connect arc charm to 7-link length.
4. Use wire cutters to cut two 9.5" lengths and two 1" lengths of ellipse chain.
5. Use a jump ring to connect a 9.5" length, 1¡± length and 7-link length of chain with arc to left side of "I love Paris" charm.
6. Repeat with other 9.5" length, 1" length, and 6-link lengths, attaching the Eiffel Tower to the right side of "I love Paris" charm.
7. Use a jump ring to connect open ends of 1" lengths to large fleur-de-lis pendant.
8. Use a jump ring to attach lobster clasp to end of necklace to complete.

Earrings

1. Use wire cutters to cut a 1" length and 1.75" length of ellipse chain.
2. Use a jump ring to connect a small fleur-de-lis charm to the 1" length.
3. Use a jump ring to connect a large fleur-de-lis charm to the 1.75" length.
4. Use pliers to open end of earring wire; string France charm, 1" and 1.75" lengths of chain to loop on ear wire.
5. Use pliers to close end of earring wire.
6. Repeat all steps for second earring using Paris heart charm.
