2. When covering an entire area of a gift bag with scrapbooking paper, use a paint brush to coat both the bag and the back of the scrapbook paper with Mod Podge Paper and secure them together. Allow to dry.

3. Apply Extreme Glitter Hologram to gift bags, referring to package instruction. Apply Black Extreme Glitter to black bags and Hologram Extreme Glitter to White and Magenta Bags. You can apply Extreme Glitter over the top of your rub-on transfers and areas where you have added scrapbook paper. Allow to Dry.

4. Apply embellishments. Use scrapbooking elements, tags, jewels, ribbons and add dimension to your embellishments by applying them with Pop Dots.

5. Fill with desired gift insert tissue, feathers and/or tulle cut in small squares.
