1. Cut out flower and leaf patterns. Trace large and small flowers onto pink foam and two leaf patterns onto green foam sheets and carefully cut out with scissors. 2. Paint doll head Skintone. Apply eyes and mouth with Licorice, using opposite end of small paintbush. With a very dry stencil brush, lightly stencil Peony cheeks to head as shown. 3. Drill small hole in top of head. Wrap floral wire around small paintbrush handle and then cut to desired length for curl. Glue end into hole. 4. Basecoat pot Azure Blue and Peony as shown, dowel cap with Silver Anniversary and wood wheel with Peony. Paint dowel rod Fresh Foliage. 5. Apply several coats of corresponding Glitter paint to dowel rod, pot, wheel and dowel cap referring to bottle for application instructions. Brush Hologram Glitter onto pink foam flowers and Peridot onto leaves. 6. Glue silver pipe cleaner around pot. Create small bow and glue to pot as shown. Randomly glue jewels around pot. 7. Glue wheel to dowel cap, then to bottom of pot as shown. Let dry thoroughly. 8. Cut oasis to fit pot and glue inside. 9. Make small hole with scissors through center of flowers and at one end of each leaf. Cut dowel to desired length. Insert dowel rod through leaves, then large flower, small flower and into head. Lightly glue flowers together towards center, then head to flowers to set. 10. Insert end of dowel into oasis with glue. Cover with batting or felt. 11. Glue one jewel to end of leaf.
