1. Use ruler to draw lines as a guide for cutting your boxes. Measure 3½” from the side and draw a verticle line (this is the height of the front of the mail organizer); turn box over, measure and draw another line 5¼" from the side; cut (this is the center of the organizer). Take your second box and, again, measure 5¼" from the side; cut (this is the center and will match up to first box). Turn over, measure and draw a line 6” (do not cut on this line). Use template, measure and cut a curve for the back of your organizer, save a scrap piece of box to cut out oval sign.2. Glue or tape ends closed and place both the 5¼” sides together, draw a slope line from the 6” sides to the 3½" sides and cut out.
3. Use Mod Podge and glue both the 5¼" side together.
4. Rip the map into approx. 2” pieces and use Mod Podge to randomly glue onto and cover cereal boxes; overlap as you work; dry and give a second coat; dry.
5. Use oval template and scrap piece of box to cut out “Mail” sign; cut slits on each side the width of your ribbon (refer to photo).
6. Paint oval Teddy Bear Tan; dry. Dry brush Fresh Foliage and paint edges with Aspaltum to give a distressed look.
7. Use stickers or Sharpie to spell “Mail” and give a coat of Mod Podge; dry.
8. Feed ribbon through slits and attach to the organizer using hot glue to secure.
