1. Cut the Halloween fabric into 6 (11”X17”) pieces. Pour the stiffy into a large old bowl and dip the pieces into the stiffy until they are saturated. Remove the excess stiffy by pressing you’re your fingers. Don’t wring the pieces! Hang on clip hangers or a clothesline, smooth out the pieces and dry for about 1 hour.2. Trace around the pendant template with a pencil onto the dry pieces and cut out.
3. Trace around the letter templates on the orange felt and cut out.
4. Center the each letter onto the center of the pendant shape and attach with tacky glue. Trace around the letters with FolkArt dimensional paint and allow to dry flat overnight. Optional – add extra glitter paint to the pendant to highlight details in the fabric.
5. Center the pendants on the ribbon (leave a little space in between each one) and sew across the top. You could also use fabric glue to attach the pendants to the ribbon.
