Old pair of jeans |

1. Cut out pocket from jeans along with 6" below the pocket. 2. Cut out inseam of jeans to make the straps. 3. Cut strips from the 6" below the pocket to make fringe. Add one bead to each strip and then tie in a knot to hold in place. 4. Apply a thin layer of Mod Podge to the back of fabric. Allow to dry. Using the pattern provided, trace and cut out flower. Glue to the center of pocket. 5. Cut 2 pieces from the inseam to desired lengths to make the straps. Glue to the front and back of each upper corners of pocket. Apply another thin layer to the back of fabric at least 2" x 8". From that same piece of fabric, cut out a strip o about 1 1/4" in width x the length of the back of purse. Glue to the top edge of back of purse in between the 2 back straps. This will cover the raw edge. Cut several strings and put them together. Feed them though the buttons and the tie into a knot. Glue buttons as shown in photo using the Mod Podge.
