- Using the flat paintbrush, basecoat shelf with Wicker White and allow it to dry.
- Using the tile adhesive and the disposable paintbrush, place and glue mirror chips on the top of the shelf, cutting them to fit where needed.
- Transfer the flower pattern onto the center front of shelf. Cut and adhere royal blue tiles to form petals. Glue a white marble in the center of the flower. Cut and adhere remaining pieces of broken plate around flower to cover the front of the shelf, cutting where needed.
- Mix grout according to the package instructions. Apply to the shelf with the smooth side of the float/scrubber tool, following the instructions on page 8. Remove excess grout with the sponge. When dry, polish with the rough side of the float/scrubber tool.
- Paint the front edge of the shelf with Light Periwinkle.
