- Prepare Faster Plaster following package instructions and pour into coaster mold. Let dry and remove from mold. Repeat this step to make four coasters.
- Use the tile nippers to cut light and dark blue tiles into quarters. Cut several green tiles into quarters. Cut a few quarters into eighths to fit the leaf pattern.
- Transfer the leaf pattern to two of the coasters.
- For leaf coasters: Apply a generous amount of tile adhesive with the disposable paintbrush to the leaf area on the coaster. Begin filling in the leaves with green tiles. Next, adhere the border tiles, alternating light and dark blue as shown. Fill in the tiles around the leaves, using light blue on one coaster and dark blue on the other.
- For plain coasters: Adhere tiles around the edges of each coaster, alternating light and dark blue as shown. Fill in the center tiles as shown, using light blue on one coaster and dark blue on the other.
- Let adhesive dry completely.
- Mix grout according to the package instructions. Apply to the coasters using the smooth side of the float/scrubber tool, following the instructions on page 8. Be sure to work the grout into all the crevices between the tiles. Use the sponge to wipe all excess grout from the coasters and let dry.
- Remove any remaining grout haze with the rough side of the float/scrubber tool.
