- Paint bottom of box Lipstick Red. Let dry.

- Trace outline of "Queen" and "Heart" letters with Licorice. Let dry. (This can also be done with a black marker.)
- Use blunt end of sponge brush to randomly add white polka dots to front of box. Use blunt end of sponge brush to randomly add yellow polka dots to other sides of box. Paint ball feet yellow. Let dry. Use blunt end of brush to randomly add red polka dots to feet as shown. Let dry. Adhere feet to box.
- Paint top of box Pink. Let dry.
- Use die-cut to create 12 hearts from red cardstock. Use blunt end of sponge brush to randomly add white polka dots to 8 of the hearts. Let dry.
- Cut out yellow cardstock to fit along the outside of box top. Use blunt end of sponge brush to randomly add Pink polka dots. Let dry.
- Adhere yellow cardstock around box top. Adhere a plain heart over each corner to cover the paper seam.
- Adhere one polka dot heart to the center of each side of the box top, as shown.
- Emboss 5 crowns on red cardstock. Lightly rub embossed areas with nail file or sand paper. Cut out crowns leaving about 1/8” around the design. Use Pop Dots to affix a crown to each polka dot heart.
- Stamp “Hand Stamped with Love” one time and small heart from Mary Motifs repeatedly on white cardstock. Color in with colored pencils. Cut out, staying as close to the border of each stamped image as you can. Layer “Hand Stamped with Love” on pink, red and yellow cardstock, leaving about a ¼” border for each, as shown.
- Use Scrapbook Stickers to spell out name on white cardstock. Cut out, leaving about ½” border on all sides. Layer with pink, yellow and red cardstock, allowing about a ¼” border for each.
- Affix nameplate and "Hand Stamped with Love" to box top with Pop Dots. Attach remaining polka dot hearts to box top, alternating with adhesive and Pop Dots as shown.
- Use Pop Dots to affix small hearts to top and front of box, as desired.
- String mini brass stencils on gingham ribbon. Use Heart Button to adhere to box as shown.
