Tin planter: 8" x 18" x 9"


Prepare Surface
Mix solution of one part household vinegar with three parts water. Use solution to wipe off tin planter. Dry with a towel.

Paint the Design
  1. Practice painting the design on the Snowman Worksheet available to print under "Technique Workshop" at left.
  2. Load scruffy brush with Wicker White and a touch of Butter Pecan to pounce snow on the ground.
  3. Paint snowmen and details according to Reusable Teaching Guide.
  4. Load #2 script liner brush with Wicker White and Maple Syrup to paint branches.
  5. Load #2 script liner with School Bus Yellow and Wicker White to paint stars.


Finish
  1. Allow all paint to dry.
  2. Spray with several coats of FolkArt Matte Acrylic Sealer. Be sure to allow sealer to dry between coats.
