Corrugated cardstock: blue yellow red |

Cardstock: white and light blue |

Low-tack adhesive tape |

White cording |
- Enlarge pattern to 250%. Cut out and trace onto blue, yellow and red corrugated paper. Cut each tag out.
- Cut three 2 1/8" x 3 1/2" pieces of light blue cardstock.
- Cut three 2" x 3 1/4" pieces of white cardstock.
- Position the Stars stencil on the light box; tape in place. Place white cardstock over stencil and emboss with one of the star designs. Repeat with the remaining two pieces of white cardstock.
- Use Pop Dots to adhere each embossed design onto the blue cardstock. Adhere to a corrugated tag.
- Punch a hole in top center of each tag.
- Punch three holes in a scrap of white cardstock; cut a 1/8" circle around each punched hole. Thread cording through the holes and tie.
