Hurricane 1

Using stencil tape, mask off a 1in band from the rim of the hurricane. Using a large soft bristle brush, paint frost etching effect on the surface of the hurricane. Let dry completely, then use a craft knife to carefully score along the edge of tape to release it. Using the Large Cathedral Lace stencil, a foam pouncer, and Fruit Punch, follow general stenciling instructions on the package, using the photograph as reference.

Using stencil tape, mask off a 2in band from the top and bottom of the hurricane. With a large soft bristle brush, paint frost etching medium on surface of hurricane. Let dry completely, then use a craft knife to carefully score along the edge of tape to release tape. Use the Large Cathedral Lace stencil, a foam pouncer, Fruit Punch, and Putty, follow general stenciling instructions on the package, using the photograph as reference.

Using stencil tape, mask off an area 3in from the top of the hurricane. Let dry completely, then use a craft knife to carefully score along the edge of tape to release tape. Using the Large Cathedral Lace stencil, a foam pouncer, and Fruit Punch, follow general stenciling instructions on the package, using the photograph as reference.
